Topanga's To Do List: {the once a year update}

Seems like every time I update this, I have to catch up on an entire year...oh well! If there's anyone still out there, here's what we've been up to.

I have to start with these chairs. This is part of the reason why I kept putting off updating the blog...I just finished these a few weeks ago. It's been a YEAR people! Regardless, they are finished...for now...until someone spills and I have to recover them. Wouldn't be the end of the world. I distressed my painting...let's be real, they will eventually be distressed anyways. ;)

The chairs on the outside are from my parent's trash....the one in the middle is one I found on the curb here. Love dumpster diving! ;)

Another reason why it's taken me so long to update is that I made custom hand-painted signs for about a year...I loved doing it and I had lots of orders...but with three little kids at home, I just didn't have the time. Now I'm looking forward to making signs to decorate our new home...just like most years, we'll have a new address on our Christmas card this year. ;) Here are a few of my favorite signs that I've made. :)

We went to McCook to celebrate Brayden and Grace's Confirmation. Mark and I were honored that they asked us to be their sponsors. Love the amazing young people these kids are growing up to be.

Bailey Jenae graduates from high school. I cannot believe this happened. It seems like it was just yesterday that she was a little girl and I was graduating from high school...time flies!
