{the zoo}

Last week we had an eventful week....Nanny got here on Monday, and Papa came on Wednesday, and they both stayed until Friday. We hadn't seen them since New Years, so we were so glad they made the trip. Kolbe got his first haircut by Nanny (I'll share photos later) and we made our first trip to the Omaha Zoo. We bought the year long family pass, so you better believe we'll be heading there often. :)

My favorite...the giraffe's. Kolbe must love them, too.

He's too busy watching to look for the picture. :)

It was so nice that day, we decided we wouldn't

want to go if it were much warmer.

Once Kolbe was out of the stroller, there was no getting

him back in. He loves to be independent ALREADY

which is a little sad for me, but will come in handy

when his little sister comes along. :)

I can already tell he's going to love this even more

when he's a little older. Come visit us so we can

all go to the zoo together! :)
